Good morning/afternoon ladies and gentlemen, today I will be telling you why I would like to be a school captain. Please note that I don’t want to be a school captain. Okay, now onto the points,
As my first point, is that I am very cooperative and I will listen to other people’s ideas and give constructive feedback. I will also not put down anyone and I will not put down other people’s ideas. I also will encourage people do something but not too hard.
Now onto my second point, is that I am very respective and like my first point I will respect others ideas and themselves. I also show ROCC most of the time, and I will not verbally or physically hurt anyone.
Now for my third and final point on why I should be school captain is that I am very confident with speaking up stage and that I can be enjoyable and if you think not tell me and I will work on the part you didn’t like.
So thank you ladies and gentlemen for listening to my speech, I hope you enjoyed and good bye.
As it came rushing towards us we darted away from Jeffi. Jeffi ran with a machete towards us threatening to cut our heads off. Me and my friend Elio turned down a corner and into a building. Jeffi ran right past the building and kept running. Me and Elio looked around in the building and we found weapons. There was an AK-47, Uzi and a butterfly knife. And of course ammunition. We geared up and went outside, where Jeffi was waiting for us. Straight away me and Elio blasted Jeffi into a million little, tiny, microscopic pieces.
This is the life of a seal. You laugh at almost everything. Sometimes you enjoy being a seal and sometimes wish you were a human or another animal. It’s pretty boring being a seal, all you do is just swim around, eat fish and sleep. Sounds pretty boring huh? Well your right. When your a seal you don’t have video games or YouTube or anything like that. You just have a massive swimming pool. You might think that’s awesome but it’s not. You also have an endless supply of fish. Well that’s not great either, I’d rather be eating McDonalds.
One day, there was a little girl called Scarlet. She watered her plants before and was now just sitting on a cushion reading the newspaper. Her son came out and said one of the most annoying things ever, “My name is Jeff!!”
“Would you cut it out?” I Scarlet said.
“My name is Jeff” he replied.
“Why don’t you go and play your violin or something else?”
“My name is Jeff”
Scarlet stormed into the house and locked her son out. Then she said, “My name is Jeff” while laughing.
Friendship, loneliness, sorry and respect.
What does the author want you to talk about after reading-
That deaf people are not entirely cut off from society, friends, relatives or anyone really.
What sort of people might get the most from this story-
Deaf people. I think it really connects with them and might even inspire people that the world is not over for you, because you can always find a way around eventually.
What is a repeating pattern or event in this story-
Music. Alexia speaks a lot about her passion for music and how she wishes to listen to it again. I also like music, so I can connect and also if I went deaf and couldn’t hear I would be upset too.
I think it is that no matter what happens, when you fall down you should always try to stand back up.
